My journey here...

When the pandemic hit my performance career came to a stop, and soon after my second son was born. I suffered from postpartum depression and art (my past hobby) became my meditation, my therapy. Because I had no formal training it allowed me to be free of judgement and premeditated outcomes. I began spending all of my free time painting, developing my unique style, and elevating my work.

What I want my art to represent

Painting connects me to spirit, presence, and brings out the very best in me.

The spontaneous beauty that emerges in my work reminds me to stay curious to the joys of life. That even admits chaos, beauty can appear if you are simply present to it. I want my work to be a reminder of this in my clients homes.

Hello there! Whether you know me as a friend, family member, dancer, actress, teacher, painter, or your brand new here... I'm so happy you're here!

I'm a wife and mother to two incredible little boys, and I live in Los Angeles, CA where I follow all my creative dreams. I moved to LA from Colorado at the young age of 18 to pursue a career in dance. I was so fortunate to have success early on and therefore knew how incredible it was to do something that I loved for a living. I soon after began acting as well and was so fulfilled creatively, and so grateful to call these crafts my "work."

I've had some epic experiences liking touring the world backup dancing for Cher, partnering with Bill Nye the Science guy on Dancing with the Stars, and being one of two females chosen to dance for Michael Jackson on his last tour before he passed away.

I've always followed my gut and allowed my artistic endeavors to shift and evolve.

I teach on a national dance convention working with hundreds of dancers per weekend, and my favorite thing to leave them with is more confidence in their individuality. I love helping boost ones creative confidence in themselves. This is why I've started offering one on one coaching, to share my wisdom gained over the past 17 years in the entertainment industry.
